Katherine Aoki works with clients in Choate’s Litigation Department. While in law school, Kate served as a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of California’s Department of Justice, specifically within the Worker Rights and Fair Labor Section. Prior to law school, she was the managing director of the nonprofit organization The Tobin Project, where she led a team fostering innovative social science research on issues including economic inequality, regulatory capture, and the role of corporations in the United States.
