Julia Zabriskie
Julia Zabriskie represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other strategic transactions.
While at law school, Julia served as a legal intern for the Mediation Department of the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals and as a research assistant for Associate Professor of the Practice Cheryl Bratt. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal for a local law firm.
