BV Investment Partners Announces Investment in Balance Partners

Choate represented BV Investment Partners in its investment in Balance Partners, a specialty insurance managing general agency. This investment will support Balance Partners’ continued growth, facilitate additional investments, and provide the capital necessary to pursue strategically vital acquisitions or partnerships with specialty MGAs. As part of the investment, Stephen Marquardt and Matt Siatczynksi have joined Balance Partners’ board.
