Ciara Lianne Grubbs, 28, of Boston, MA and formerly of Merrimack, NH, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at her home.
She was born in Boston, MA on March 23rd, 1993 to Natasha (Geary) Grubbs of Nashua, NH and Fredrick Grubbs of Merrimack, NH. She was raised in Merrimack and graduated from Merrimack High School in 2011. She attended Howard University, graduating in 2015 with honors. and was then accepted to NYU Law School, where she received her Juris Doctorate.
She was pre-deceased by her paternal grandmother, Sandra (James) Grubbs.
She will be forever loved and remembered by her mother, Natasha Grubbs; father, Fredrick Grubbs; maternal grandparents, Richard and Constance Geary; paternal grandfather, Freddie Lee Grubbs; aunts and uncles, Fanita Grubbs, Felisha Grubbs, Ricardo Geary, Sr. and Steven Geary, along with numerous other family members and friends.
Ciara was an associate in Choate’s Litigation Department where she quickly became a highly valuable and respected member of the Group and of the Firm. Ciara will be greatly missed by everyone at Choate.
