Dylan Rogalin
Dylan Rogalin represents public and private companies, including private equity funds and strategic investors, across a range of industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, cross-border acquisitions, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
While in law school, Dylan served as a professional boards prosecution intern at the Office of the Attorney General in New Jersey, where he assisted the Deputy Attorneys General in civil prosecution for violations including illicit prescription of controlled dangerous substances, and healthcare and insurance fraud.
