Evan Crumb represents domestic and international private fund sponsors through the fund formation and fundraising processes. He also has experience with general corporate matters.

While in law school, Evan served as a legal intern at the Office of General Counsel at the Department of Defense and worked as a research assistant under Professor Cliff Sloan at the Georgetown University Law Center.
