James P. MacLean

Chief Financial Officer

Jim MacLean leads the firm’s finance function, providing the information and insight to ensure that we serve clients as efficiently as possible. His responsibilities include timekeeping and reporting, billing, collections, budgeting, and financial analysis. An incisive and intuitive leader, Jim provides timely and pointed input to help the firm to develop the answers which enhance our ability to serve our clients effectively.

Having spent most of his career working in senior finance and M&A roles at several Fortune 500 companies, Jim was previously CFO at Ropes & Gray LLP and has worked as a consultant to middle-market public companies. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG US LLP.
