Sean Hickey represents banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions in a range of complex financial transactions including asset-based credit facilities. He has experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including retail and sports.

Prior to joining Choate, he worked as a legal intern at a biotechnology-focused investment firm and a cloud-based software company.
