Siobhan McNulty represents borrowers, lenders, and private equity sponsors in a range of complex financing transactions, including syndicated and single lender revolving and term loan facilities, and secured and unsecured credit facilities. She also has experience with various lending transactions, including leveraged buyouts and investments, refinancings, working capital facilities and incremental financings, primarily for companies in the healthcare, consumer services, technology and digital currency sectors.
