Choate represented Absorb Software in its acquisition by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS). Absorb, a portfolio company of Silversmith Capital, is an industry-leading provider of cloud-based learning and performance management software. The sale achieved a greater than $500 million enterprise valuation for Absorb, which will continue to be led by CEO Mike Owens, as well as the current tenured team of senior leaders.
