Astadia Raises $9M Funding Round

Choate represented Astadia in a $9 million funding round led by Spring Lake Equity Partners. Astadia, an IT modernization solutions company which assists organizations in moving and upgrading their legacy application systems to a cloud-based computing system, will use this new round of funding to add capacity, as well as the sales and marketing capabilities needed to meet increased market demand.

New Harbour Partners also participated in this funding round.
