Choate Alumni Give Presentation on Insurance Risks in Transactions

On Tuesday, May 9, Choate welcomed back alumni Peter Alvarez, Alexandra Fischbein and Thomas Mickens Jr., who all currently hold senior positions with Atlantic Global Risk, to give a presentation on rep and warranty insurance to our Private Equity and Business Technology teams. The presentation "Key Considerations in Utilizing Rep and Warranty Insurance in Healthcare, Healthcare IT and Life Sciences Transactions" was timely and well-attended.
