Choate Ranks Among Top Counsel for PE Transactions in 2016

Choate was ranked among the most active legal advisors for private equity transactions, based on total deal count in 2016.

According to rankings published in PitchBook’s Annual League Tables for 2016, Choate was ranked among the most active firms for buyouts, worldwide. Choate was also ranked second most active for advising on deals in the New England market and in the top 10 for investments involving information technology companies.
