Choate Represents Citibank in Connection with NHL Credit Facility

Choate represented Citibank, NA as Administrative Agent for a syndicate of banks including Citibank, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase Bank, and a syndicate of insurance companies in connection with $1.4 billion of revolving credit and term loan facilities established by NHL US Funding LLC on behalf of eleven participating National Hockey League member clubs.  Choate's deal team was lead by Lyman Bullard and Sean Monahan.
