Choate Represents EMD Millipore in "Suburban Office Deal of the Year"

Last week, the 2015 Commercial Brokers Association Achievement Awards were celebrated at Boston’s InterContinental hotel.  Close to 500 industry professionals were present at what is akin to the Oscars of Greater Boston’s commercial real estate industry.  “The Suburban Office Deal of the Year” award was given to EMD Millipore for its 280,000 sf build-to-suit lease at Burlington Summit, a project being developed by Burlington-based Gutierrez Companies —the largest office and life-science transaction in Burlington’s history.  Choate’s David Currie represented EMD Millipore along with Matt Daniels, Chris Lawrence, Chris Decembrele, Andrew Whipple and Brian Tisbert of Jones Lang LaSalle.  Choate congratulates the team on this achievement.
