Choate represented the initial purchasers in connection with a private placement offering by NSTAR Gas Company, doing business as Eversource Energy, of First Mortgage Bonds, 4.86% Series Y due 2030 and 5.30% Series Z due 2035, in the aggregate principal amount of $225M. Choate serves as designated purchasers' counsel for NSTAR Gas Company.
