Choate Represents Purchasers in Eversource Energy's Private Placement Debt Offering

Choate represented the purchasers – State Farm, CoBank and Country Financial – in connection with Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts' (EGMA) private placement offering of its First Mortgage Bonds, 5.73% Series D, due 2028 in the aggregate principal amount of $58M. Choate serves as designated purchaser's counsel with respect to Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts.
