Great Hill Commits $75 million to Public Cloud Managed Services Play

Choate represented Great Hill Partners in its acquisition of Reliam, a leading provider of managed services for public cloud platforms, and the addition of serial entrepreneur (and newly former Great Hill executive-in-residence) Simon Anderson as CEO. In connection with the deal, Great Hill committed up to $75 million of capital to help the business scale – organically and via acquisition – to create a market leader capable of competing head-to-head with larger MSPs in the attractive and growing public cloud ecosystem.
