Lyndsey Kruzer to Speak at BBA Corporate Deals Roundtable

Lyndsey Kruzer will speak at the Boston Bar Association's (BBA) Corporate Deals Roundtable event on Tuesday, May 23. The session, "FTC’s Proposed Ban on Non-Competes" will discuss the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed rule to ban non-competes, as well as trends in deal-based restrictive covenants.
