M&A Advisor Honors David Katz as “Emerging Leader”

David Katz, Counsel in Choate’s Private Equity Group, was recently named a winner of M&A Advisor’s 2018 “Emerging Leader” award.  The annual award recognizes emerging industry leaders in M&A, financing and restructuring who have reached a significant level of achievement before the age of 40. David is recognized by his peers and clients to be a versatile corporate lawyer who can provide exceptional counsel and service to clients regarding a wide range of private equity and other transactional business law matters.
