Attendees will discuss:

• PTAB amendment practice, success rates, and stats.
• Federal Circuit guidance on AIA post-grant trial amendments, including In Re Aqua.
• Pros and cons of using reissue, reexam, or AIA post-grant trials for amending claims.
• Pros and cons of having concurrent proceedings post-grant.
