Nauta Capital Leads Funding Round of Mercaux, Inc.

Choate represented Nauta Capital, a Barcelona-based venture capital fund, in its $4.5 million Series A financing round of Mercaux, Inc., a UK-based technology company specializing in in-store digitalization for fashion retailers. Companies currently using Mercaux’s technology include Under Armour, Nike and United Colors of Benetton. The Series A funding will allow Mercaux to expand in new and existing markets, and will also be used for research and development to grow and improve the platform.
