Therapeutic Research Center Acquired by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

Choate recently advised certain investors in connection with the acquisition of Therapeutic Research Center (TRC) by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners from Francisco Partners and management. Previously, Choate represented TRC in connection with Francisco Partners’ strategic investment in the company.

TRC, of Stockton, California, provides medication advisory and learning solutions for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, prescribers, nurses and other clinicians to enable to delivery of better, safer and more effective patient care.

The Choate team included partners Andrew Hickey (finance), and Tim Becker (tax).
