Wells Fargo Capital Finance Extends Credit Facility to Christopher & Banks

Choate represented Wells Fargo Capital Finance in the extension of its current senior secured revolving credit facility to Christopher & Banks Corporation, a specialty women’s apparel retailer. The Amended Credit Facility provides committed revolving funding through August 2023, and allows Christopher & Banks, which operates over 450 stores in 45 states, to execute their operating and strategic plans.
