Winco Merges with G.E.T. Enterprises

Choate recently represented Winco in its merger with G.E.T. Enterprises, a Houston-based portfolio company of Olympus Partners.

Founded in 1992, Winco has rapidly grown into one of the food service industry’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of kitchen and tableware, with a product range of over 5,000 items in 20 different categories. G.E.T. Enterprises is a well-known supplier of alternative tablewares, utilizing materials such as melamine to ensure durability while also retaining a traditional look and feel in their designs. This merger expands G.E.T.’s product offerings and increases its sourcing and distribution capabilities throughout the United States and internationally.
