DRI’s Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium

Robert Kole, Co-Chair of the firm's Insurance & Reinsurance Group, is speaking at DRI's Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium about Insurance Coverage for Municipal Catastrophes next Thursday, December 8, 2016. This is an educational event for insurance executives, claims professionals and outside counsel from across the country who specialize in insurance coverage.

Rob will examine the insurance coverage issues associated with catastrophic claims asserted by and against governmental entities.  In particular, Rob will discuss the recent influx of claims and suits by states, municipalities, and others against pharmaceutical companies claiming that they contributed to the opioid crisis, as well as an examination of the Flint, Michigan water crisis.
