Alex Bevans

Alex Bevans work with clients in Choate’s Litigation Department. He represents a range of clients across industries, from a major investment advisory firm to biotechnology firms.

While in law school, Alex completed an internship with the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office and served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Judith Dein at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to law school, Alex worked as an economic consultant advising on antitrust litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and employee job actions.

Representative Engagements

  • Represent board member in breach of fiduciary duty action involving direct and derivative claims.
  • Represented financial consulting client with investigating and responding to SEC and DOJ inquiries.
  • Represented multiple clients on compliance with state and federal digital assets regulations.
  • Represented client television station in successful opposition to third-party subpoena.
