Conor J. McNulty
Conor McNulty is a member of Choate’s Insurance and Reinsurance and Intellectual Property Litigation groups. He represents a variety of clients in complex commercial disputes, including patent litigation, trade secret disputes, and multi-party insurance coverage actions.
Representative Engagements
- Adimab, LLC v. LinkedUp Bioscience, Inc. and Tao Wang, No., Mass. Super. Ct: Counsel to Adimab in trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract dispute brought against LinkedUp related to highly engineered yeast strains, and technologies for cultivating and utilizing those strains to express and screen antibodies that bind to target antigens.
- Represent biopharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation.
- Represent major insurance company in connection with multi-party, multi-million dollar coverage lawsuits involving insurance coverage for opioid claims.
- Represented reinsurer in arbitration of a coverage dispute resulting in favorable settlement for client.
- Represented individual tenant in eviction dispute. Through negotiations, the matter resulted in a successful settlement on the eve of trial.
- Assisted pro bono client through the Lawyers Clearinghouse CORI Sealing Clinic.
