Meg E. Ziegler
Meg Ziegler works with clients of Choate’s Government Enforcement & Compliance Department. She represents individuals and corporations, including universities, medical institutions, and pharmaceutical companies involved in complex litigation, government investigation, and/or internal investigation.
While in law school, Meg served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Juan Torruella, First Circuit Court of Appeals, and as a legal intern and Rappaport fellow for the EdLaw Project in Boston, Massachusetts.
Representative Engagements
- Representing global pharmaceutical company in federal False Claims Act investigation.
- Assisting university and teaching hospital clients with addressing and responding to foreign conflict of interest concerns raised by NIH.
- Assisting financial consulting client with investigating and responding to SEC inquiries.
- Representing and defending individual executive in federal investigation targeting sales and marketing practices of global pharmaceutical company.
