Yani H. Ngo

Yani Ngo works with clients in Choate’s Litigation Department.  She represents individuals and corporations, including pharmaceutical companies and universities involved in complex litigation and government investigation.

During law school, Yani served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise J. Casper at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  Prior to law school, Yani worked at a Boston law firm in the commercial litigation department.

Representative Engagements

  • Represented an international pharmaceutical company in a federal investigation.
  • Advised a cryptocurrency mining company regarding a contract dispute.
  • Assisted pro bono clients through the Lawyers Clearinghouse CORI Sealing Clinic and the New England Innocence Project.
