Adam Bookbinder Examines Recent Trends and the 2022 Landscape for SEC Cybersecurity Enforcement

Adam Bookbinder is on the advisory committee for the Boston Bar Virtual Privacy & Cybersecurity Conference on Wednesday, December 8. Adam will also moderate a panel discussion on “SEC Cybersecurity Enforcement: Recent Trends and the 2022 Landscape.” The panel will examine 2021 enforcement actions and how companies can prepare for any new or expanded areas in 2022. Attendees will learn about the history of the SEC cyber unit, and what was different about the SEC’s posture in 2021.
