Adam Bookbinder Speaking on Cybersecurity at New England Corporate Counsel Association

Adam Bookbinder will be speaking on cybersecurity issues for in-house counsel at the New England Corporate Counsel Association (NECCA). The program, "You Can Go To Jail For That? Cybersecurity, Data Breaches & Potential Personal Liability of In-House Counsel," will take place on Wednesday, June 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m at the Westin Waltham. In addition to discussing the processes and pitfalls, of data breaches, the panel will also review the potential risks of a response resulting in individual criminal prosecution of in-house counsel.
