Albany Industries Acquired by Standard Furniture

Choate represented Albany Industries, Inc., a Mississippi-based manufacturer of upholstery furniture, in its sale to Standard Furniture Manufacturing Company, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners. This acquisition will allow Standard Furniture, a leading designer and manufacturer of case goods for over fifty years, to expand into the stationary furniture market.
