Chief Justice Margaret Marshall Strategizes Approaches for Achieving Gender Equity

Choate senior counsel Chief Justice Margaret Marshall is the first feature installment of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute's "Achieving Gender Equity" video series. The video focuses on Chief Justice Marshall’s belief that defending the right to vote is the most strategic way in which Americans can achieve gender equity today. 

"Achieving Gender Equity" is part of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute's Radcliffe Day 2021, and Chief Justice Marshall was the 2012 Radcliffe Medal recipient. Each year on Radcliffe Day, the Institute awards the Radcliffe Medal to an individual who embodies a commitment to excellence, opportunity, and service. Recent honorees include Dolores Huerta, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
