Her experience includes providing advice on term loans, cash flow and asset-based revolvers, first and second lien financings, mezzanine financings, public and private notes offerings, and other bespoke financing arrangements.

“Alyson will be an outstanding addition to our team,” said Kevin Jarboe, who leads Choate’s borrower-side debt finance practice within the Private Equity Group. “She will support the firm’s clients in a wide range of financing transactions with a deep understanding of the market and a depth of experience with respect to all sizes and types of financings, while utilizing a practical and commercial approach.”

“I am very happy to join the Private Equity Group at Choate,” said Alyson, “and to practice at a firm that has both a top of the market practice and culture that is cohesive, collaborative, and client-focused.”

“Alyson is an extremely talented and highly respected finance lawyer and we are thrilled to welcome her to Choate. Her deal experience working with prominent private equity sponsors on a broad mix of debt financing transactions will further accelerate the growth of Choate’s private equity practice,” added Sarah Camougis, Co-Chair of Choate’s Private Equity Group.
