Choate represented the underwriters, led by Barclays Capital Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, and RBC Capital Markets, LLC, in a $300M public offering of 5.35% Series X First Mortgage Bonds by the Public Service Company of New Hampshire, doing business as Eversource Energy.
