Choate represented the underwriters in a $400,000,000 public offering of First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds by The Connecticut Light and Power Company, doing business as Eversource Energy. The underwriting syndicate was led by Mizuho Securities USA LLC, and included Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan Securities, and U.S. Bancorp Investments. Choate serves as designated underwriters' counsel for Eversource Energy.
