Choate represented the underwriters, led by Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, MUFG Securities Americas Inc., and TD Securities (USA) LLC, in a $500M public offering of 5.25% Series A First and Refunding Mortgage Bonds by The Connecticut Light and Power Company, doing business as Eversource Energy. Choate serves as designated underwriters' counsel for Eversource Energy and its utility, gas and water subsidiaries.
