Choate’s VC Activity in 2013 Lands the Firm Among PitchBook’s “Most Active Law Firms” Worldwide

Choate ranked among the top “Most Active Law Firms” worldwide for venture capital in PitchBook’s “PE & VC Global League Table Report,” with a total of 15 venture capital deals completed in 2013.  PitchBook’s League Table statistics measure all venture capital investments that firms have advised on, including seed and angel investments.

In addition to being recognized among the top firms globally, Choate was also named among the “Most Active” VC firms for the United States and for the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as for Early-Stage, Late-Stage and Healthcare Technology deals. 

Choate also received top recognition from PitchBook for private equity in 2013, ranking among the top firms globally as well as in various other regions and industries.
