David Attisani Discusses How to Effectively Market, Evaluate, and Select Arbitrators in a Changing World

David Attisani will present on the panel “Round Pegs in Round Holes: Effectively (and ethically) Marketing, Evaluating, and Selecting Arbitrators in a Changing World” at the AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society (ARIAS) U.S. Fall Conference on October 3. From the viewpoints of arbitrators, the panel will explore companies, and counsel, what works, what doesn’t work, what hasn’t been tried, and what’s ethical (or not). The panel will include representatives from ARIAS-U.S., Munic RE, MG Re Arbitrator & Mediator Services LLC, and Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP.
