David Attisani Ranked Among Leading Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers in the World

David Attisani has been named as a global “Thought Leader” in the field of Insurance and Reinsurance by Who’s Who Legal for the third consecutive year. This year’s list ranks Mr. Attisani as the 2nd highest rated insurance lawyer in the world out of more than 1,400 individuals considered.

During the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Attisani has served as lead counsel with respect to the following claims: NFL CTE; 9/11; “Obamacare”; life rate increase disputes; spousal continuation; Superstorm Sandy; Hurricanes Wilma, Katrina, Harvey; the Las Vegas shooting; the California wildfires; the “Big Dig” Tunnel Collapse; Archdiocese of L.A. and Society of Jesus clergy abuse; Boy Scouts of America sex abuse; the Nikita Levy/ Johns Hopkins “rogue” doctor case; and Sphere Drake.

Mr. Attisani received his JD cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991 and his BA magna cum laude from Williams College in 1987. He served as a special prosecutor in the Suffolk County (City of Boston) District Attorney’s Office, where he tried 19 cases to verdict.
