Diana Lloyd Honored as a Trailblazer by the Women’s White Collar Defense Association

Diana Lloyd, Co-Chair of Choate’s Government Enforcement & Compliance Group, has been recognized as a trailblazer by the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) at its 2021 Virtual Awards Gala. Diana is 1 of 4 Boston members who received the honor, due in large part to her foundational contributions to WWCDA as well as her mentorship to fellow active members.

Consistently ranked by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, Massachusetts Super Lawyer, and Benchmark Litigation, Diana has over 30 years of experience representing companies and individuals subject to government investigations and prosecutions. In addition to her work in private practice, Diana served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts in the Major Crimes and Economic Crimes Units, investigating and prosecuting cases involving complex securities, insurance, defense contracting, tax and bank fraud; money laundering and RICO violations; and public corruption and other federal crimes. She is also the immediate past President of the Boston Bar Foundation.

The WWCDA Awards Gala recognizes achievement in the white collar field while advancing opportunities for women. WWCDA has expanded to 45 chapters throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and membership in these chapters consists of more than 2,500 women.
