Eric Marandett and Dr. Stephanie Schonewald will present on the panel “In the Hot Seat - Case Law Update and Trends” at BIO IP Counsels Committee Conference on Monday, November 18 in Nashville, Tennessee. This panel will assess the latest from the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit by reviewing cases to watch in the upcoming term and recent developments including the evolving standard of IPR estoppel, standing to appeal IPR decisions, objective indicia of obviousness and lost profits as Lanham Act damages, among other issues. Also on the panel are representatives from Novartis and Alnylam.
