Eric Marandett to Oversee BPLA Mock Trials

Eric Marandett, co-chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, will join the Boston Patent Law Association’s Biotechnology Committee on Thursday, September 28, 2017, for a double mock trial focusing on issues in biopharma patent litigation. As the emcee, Mr. Marandett will oversee a cast of mock attorneys and a district court judge as they participate in simultaneous Hatch-Waxman and PTAB proceedings.
