Eric Marandett to Speak on Accomplishing Your Deposition Goals

Eric Marandett, Co-Chair of Choate’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, will present on the panel "Accomplishing Your Deposition Goals" at Practising Law Institute (PLI)'s Fundamentals of Taking and Defending Depositions 2019 on March 7. The panel will discuss how to effectively examine witnesses, how to get the most out of deposition exhibits, and the use of depositions during settlement discussions, motion practice and trial testimony.
