Great Hill Partners Invests €180M in Merger of Echobot and Leadfeeder

Choate represented Great Hill Partners in its €180M investment to support the merger of Echobot, a Germany-based European sales intelligence firm, and Leadfeeder, a Finland-based web visitor intelligence platform, creating a ground-breaking AI-powered sales intelligence and go-to-market platform. This investment will help the newly formed company drive continued product innovation, scale go-to-market capabilities, and accelerate growth towards its goal of being the leading sales intelligence and go-to-market platform in North America and Europe.

Great Hill also committed an additional €50M for the combined company to pursue strategic acquisitions.
