HealthDrive to be Acquired by Bain Capital Double Impact

Choate represented HealthDrive, a portfolio company of Riverside Partners, in its sale to Bain Capital’s Double Impact Fund. HealthDrive provides on-site medical and dental services to more than 200,000 patients living in long-term care facilities across the United States. Over the course of its investment, Riverside helped to transform the company from a founder-owned business into a recognized leader in on-site healthcare services in extended care facilities.
