InfoArmor Acquired by AllState for $525M

Choate represented InfoArmor, a leader in the identity protection and advanced threat intelligence industries and a portfolio company of Summit Partners, in its acquisition by The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL). The $525 million all-cash transaction was previously announced in late August and recently closed on October 5, 2018.
