Lyndsey Kruzer Named Co-Chair of the BBA’s Labor & Employment Section for 2023-2024
The Boston Bar Association (BBA) has announced that Choate partner Lyndsey Kruzer will serve as co-chair of the Labor & Employment Section for the 2023-2024 program year.
Lyndsey counsels employers in high-tech, biotech, higher education, healthcare, and private equity on all virtually all aspects of employee relations, helping them to successfully address employment disputes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, she regularly advises private equity, venture capital, and strategic investors regarding employment diligence, regulatory, and transactional issues. Chambers USA and the Legal 500 recognize Lyndsey for her work in this area.
The BBA is comprised of 15,000 members, with 24 sections and over 100 committees dedicated to substantive areas of law. The Labor & Employment Law Section provides an opportunity for practitioners to share and expand their expertise in the areas of labor and employment, labor-management relations, and employment discrimination, as well as in practices and procedures before state and federal agencies relating to labor in all cases arising from an employer-employee relationship.
