Melissa Tearney to Discuss Rethinking the Compliance Profession at PCC 2019

Melissa Tearney, co-chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, will speak on the panel “Rethinking the Compliance Profession — Where Should We Go from Here?” at CBI’s Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress on Thursday, April 18. The panel will discuss how the compliance profession should evolve in the future, what can be learned from comparing the compliance function to other sub-functions like QA and the opportunities for compliance to lead enterprise risk management. Also on the panel are representatives from Amicus Therapeutics and Compliance Strategists LLC.
